The latest leg of Bob Dylan’s Never Ending Tour begins tonight in Buffalo, NY. The Spring tour, the first Dylan shows of 2013, runs through May 4, with concerts scheduled in 23 cities, including 14 on college campuses.  Dylan fans in North Carolina have four chances to catch a show nearby, with dates in Richmond, Asheville, Charlotte and Raleigh.  Duke Robillard replaces guitarist Charlie Sexton on this tour.
